About Me

As a coach, I help HR people understand the whole picture so they can establish trust, gain more influence, and help leaders to lead and people to thrive.

We work together so they can improve their their overall understanding of HR, develop a strategic approach and overview of HR, strengthen their business sense, and improve their practical skills set.

​

Besides introducing the appropriate techniques, we work together on changing their understanding of how life works, the role of feelings and thoughts, and how all this relates to day-to-day business and personal affairs.

I have been involved in the field of Human Resources since 1994. As a management and HR consultant, I have cooperated with companies of different sizes and industries.


The the study of the individual inner game has been one of my focuses since 2013, when I got interested in the three principles and the Clarity concept. I finished the Clarity Practitioner Programme in Jun 2014 and the Clarity Trainer & Facilitator Programme in Jun 2015.
